This licensed program utilizes the latest techniques in throwing a baseball. Each session will build the strength in the individual muscles, tendons, and ligaments required in throwing a baseball properly. The program also will strengthen your core and legs to build a more solid and balanced foundation to support the physical athletic action of throwing a baseball. Recordings of each session are used to accumulate data to assist in monitoring progress in each individual area. Each session will last approximately 90 minutes. This program has been proven to increase your velocity 3 to 10 MPH.
This program IS NOT just for pitchers it is for every position player !
